25km south of Carcassonne, lying along the high valley of the Aude between the Chalabrais plateau to the west and Lacamp plateau to the east, backing onto the Pyrenees, this appellation covers a very homogenous area and includes 41 villages.
Cépages : Mauzac, Chenin et Chardonnay. Mauzac, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cot, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan.
