Bordée au nord par le Canal du Midi, à l’est par l’Aude, la plus occidentale des appellations du Languedoc s’étend sur le pourtour du massif boisé de la Malepère, des portes de Carcassonne à Limoux et jusqu’au Lauragais.
Red, rose? and white since 2006
Its northern border is the Canal du Midi, and its eastern border is the Aude river. This most westerly of the Aude appellations spreads over the woody hills of Malepère, to the gates of Carcassonne and Limoux and as far as the Lauragais.
Cépages : Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Cinsault.
